My breaking point
After 21 years of service, including deployments to Iraq and Kosovo, I found myself drowning in stress and emotional pain. The demands of my career as a Blackhawk Helicopter pilot and Federal Air Marshal left me physically and mentally depleted.
My breaking point came during a routine training exercise, where I experienced a full-blown panic attack. In that moment, I realized I had lost touch with who I was beneath the uniform.
I wasn’t alone in this struggle
Many veterans and first responders face the same challenges. This realization pushed me to seek healing, and I found my path through yoga, mindfulness, and neuroscience.
Now, I'm dedicated to helping others navigate their own journeys, reconnect with themselves, and finally come 'Back Home' mentally and emotionally.
