BOOKING CONFIRMATION & PAYMENTS:

• Confirmed Booking: To confirm your spot on your chosen adventure, you must complete the booking with a $500.00 deposit (Non-refundable), per-person, per-trip.
•  Balance Payment: The remaining balance is required 60 days before your adventure start date. This payment will be coordinated with Blue Side Adventures. 
• Trip Price: For all trips/adventures, the price quoted on our webpage is our current updated prices. The price is per person based. Costs may be adjusted based on your personal preference for additional services such as a single-supplement for lodging. Advanced Adventures Nepal and Blue Side Adventures reserve the right to amend the trip cost at any time. Amendments may be done for many reasons including, but not limited to, increases in ground operator services, exchange rate fluctuations, increased fuel costs, airfares, airport charges, or the need to engage alternative air or ground operators. 
• Cancellations: 
  • Client Cancellation: All cancellations should be in written form and acknowledged by Blue Side Adventures. The cancellation charge will be determined according to the date of the cancellation request. If you decide to cancel your trip anytime after payment, the $500 deposit amount is non-refundable. If you cancel your trip within 30 days of departure, the entire amount is non-refundable. (This is why you are required to purchase travel insurance for your protection). No refunds will be made if you voluntarily leave a trip for any reason after the trip begins. Refunds will be at the discretion of Advanced Adventures Nepal if you are involuntarily forced to leave a trip for any reason. No refunds will be made for any accommodation, transport, sightseeing, meals or services not utilized. Please note that these conditions are subject to change. 
  • Tour Company Cancellation: Advanced Adventures and Blue Side Adventures reserves the right to cancel any trip you booked. Advanced Adventures Nepal reserves the right to cancel any trip, including a guaranteed trip, prior to departure in the event of natural disasters, flight cancellation, strikes, industrial action, wars, riots, sickness, quarantine, government intervention, weather conditions, or other untoward occurrences beyond its control. In such a case, the company will refund the trip price only. Trip alterations do not include a change of airline carrier, flight timetables or itineraries, provided the departure and arrival dates remain unchanged. Blue Side Adventures and Advanced Adventures are not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that the client may have incurred as a result of the booking such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights, etc.

VISA/S & PASSPORT:

• VISAs and Passport: Your passport must have a minimum validity of six months from the date of your intended departure from Nepal (or as determined by our destination). If your passport does not meet this requirement, you will not be granted entry into Nepal. 
  • The Nepal Visa is available on arrival in Nepal. You must pay the Visa fee in cash with US dollars. 
• Flight Delays and Itinerary Changes: Please understand that adventures in the Himalayas are always unpredictable due to weather conditions. Bad weather can cause delays at domestic flight locations (especially for Lukla, Jomsom & Dolpo Flights). If the flight gets delayed or cancelled, the company will organize accommodation for that night, and cost of this night accommodation/ foods is the cost of the guest by their own. We will reschedule the flight the next day and amend the trip plan accordingly. In the event a client misses their international flight to Kathmandu and is unable to join the trip on the planned start date, Advanced Adventures will proceed with the trip as scheduled. We will make every effort to assist you in catching up with the group. Our team will work to make alternative arrangements for you to join the group at a later point in the itinerary. Any additional costs incurred as a result of these alternative arrangements will be the responsibility of the client. 
  • By joining us for this adventure trip in the remote Himalayas, you acknowledge and understand that certain factors such as weather conditions, the health and fitness of participants, and unexpected natural disasters may necessitate changes to the itinerary. We will make every effort to adhere to the original schedule. However, in the event that adjustments need to be made for the safety and well-being of all participants, we appreciate your understanding and flexibility. 
• Services Missed or Unused: There will be no refunds for missed or unused services. These include voluntary or involuntary termination or departure from the trip due to sickness, family emergencies, late arrival on the tour, or premature departure either voluntarily or involuntarily.

Trekking, walking, climbing, mountaineering and other activities in remote parts of Himalayan countries carries an inherent risk due to the altitude, mountain conditions, difficulty of the terrain, natural disasters, etc. We always do our best to provide you safe and great trip but the risk of minor to serious injury and even death is possible. This is why we require you to purchase insurance.

Your travel insurance must cover you for emergency air ambulance/helicopter rescue services, medical expenses and trip cancellation.

You are required to provide proof of your insurance covering the above requirements prior to your adventure.

It is the sole responsibility of each participate to thoroughly review and understand their insurance policy coverage before embarking on the adventure. Blue Side Adventures and Advanced Adventures do not assume any responsibility for the policies or coverage chosen by the participants. It is essential to ensure that the insurance policy covers adequate coverage for the specific activities and destinations included in the adventure. Participants acknowledge and accept this responsibility.

While traveling, always carry a copy of your travel insurance.
