Ensure your passport does not expire within 6 months of your trip to Nepal. Nepal will not let you enter the country if your passport is within 6 months of expiring. You will need to provide your passport number once the trip is booked. 

I have read all of Blue Side Yoga and Advanced Adventures Booking conditions. I understand that the 20% trip down payment is non-refundable and is required to complete the booking. I understand I am required to purchase trip insurance that must include Medical expenses, Helicopter evacuation and Trip Cancellation.

I understand that trekking, walking, climbing,  mountaineering and adventure activities in remote parts of the Himalayas carries an inherent risk due to the altitude, mountain conditions, difficulty of the terrain, natural calamities, and or natural disasters. Your safety is our top priority, but the risk of minor to serious injury and death is possible. By booking you understand this risk. Advanced Adventures Nepal and Blue Side Yoga are not  held liable for any level personal injury and death resulting from activities on this trek.

I understand the final trek balance is due no later than 90 days prior to our trek start date.
